As you can tell, I am in DC, got in about 1 hr. ago. Read lots of the new european copy of POA Sarah bought me in Germany.

It's not too hard, really. I make them in Paint Shop Pro, but you can even make them in Paint. You just need an image under 100x100 and upload it in live journal (link under "Manage"->"User Pictures"). Kendall really knows more about it than I do.
