I need more pictures to make icons of before my free trial of Paint Shop Pro runs out. I've been having so much fun making them.

I'm def. going to Boston in August, which rules.

Last night we had a surprise birthday dinner for Nick. It was really good. Rose is a great cook. Then Sarah, Elizabeth, and I went to the grocery store to get cheap snacks (sour cream and onion chips, rosemary & olive oil triscuts, and a huge block of pepper jack cheese). We sat on the floor an looked at magazines for twenty minutes or so and it ended in me making kissy faces at a picture of Daniel Vosovic in and reading about where to find "good" Pirates of the Caribbean fan fiction in the back of "Fantasy Filmmaker". Most of the synopses sounded like their stories included a lot of smut, but none of the gaygood kind. We watched some teevee and Caitlin came over for a while. Then all went home and I watched half of The Talented Mr. Ripley before sleeping.

Today, I cleaned my room, watched the rest of Ripley (I must be a complete masochist), went through piles of papers, talked to Sarah about how much it sucks that she lives in Murfreesboro and has to see really dumb movies with her friends there so she can't come up here, and then ended up resolving to see POTC2 alone since no one was around. My mom ended up going with me to it instead of seeing An Inconvenient Truth. She just really wanted to see it again, I just know it. D00DZ, the next movie is so going to rock, even if that brazen hooker is in it. I wonder if I'm going to out number my viewings of POTC1 with this movie. Right now it's 6 vs 3. I spend too much money on seeing movies multiple times...but hey, at least it won't be as bad as Lord of the Rings (FOTR=15, TTT=13, ROTK=4). We saw a preview for Snakes on a Plane and one for Transformers. I was excited. I was more excited about Jack Davenport, but then again, I always am. I realize that Elizabeth just seems like some original character in fanfic. She's pretty, she can sword fight, she's bad ass enough to personally threaten the main bad guy and impersonate a male deckhand, and she gets to lead on the three most attractive men in the series. She's annoying and a shameless hussy. The end. I also want just about every character's coat in that movie, not to mention Tia Dalma's dress. Is there some sort of community for people to just have random thoughts about crap like this? There should be one if there isn't.

I'm done being a dork...for now. My mom's turning off all the lights and stuff, as if I'm going to bed right now too. Whatev.

Well, we do make an effort to hang out with you and it is common courtesy to turn your phone off when you're at a movie, hence the not answer.

I don't think so. She hasn't talked to any of the Cult in a long time (just Tricia, and maybe Grant...but not the really bitchy people). These are her sword-fighting friends who are all nice (they did the pirate show at Hypericon).
