I'm excited, I can more or less listen to music while importing a CD, though it's not as smooth as it could be, it kinda jumps a little every now and then. I'm starting to like iTunes 7 a little bit more.

The weekend was on crack. The crack can be observed here and here.

Friday, Kate, Ben, and I drank mimosas with Sarah Smith and her mom, which was a lot of fun. Some other people came for a bit, and then left, at which point Sarah and I decided it was a good idea to drink rum and pour all the remaining orange juice into the champagne bottle.
Kate and I went to see the Deathholz at chaus, and they were quite good (their second set was all covers including "Live a Virgin", "Believe" by Cher, and some Gloria Fucking Estevan). I talked to Alex Nee, whom I don't really know at all, about Star Trek for a long while. It was comforting to talk to another seemingly non-geek about v. nerdy things.
Some other things happened including running to mexican food with Ian and lots of high people in my room watching Half-Baked (& stealing pizza from them).
I went outside to hang out with Christina and ended up talking to her, Evan, and assorted other people until 4:20am. Evan and I sat in the stairwell and were stupid for another 20 minutes or so before we decided it was best to sleep. All in all, a pretty eventful night.

Saturday, I went to the dismantling of the mandala monk thing. It was super neat. I kept Veronica company by playing the wow game while she did her homework. That shit is addicting.
Dinner.
Sat by myself in my room for a while until Sarah W. and Jessie burst in and took me to Robert and Ted's room where a bunch of us hung out for a while before playing Chutes and Ladders in Jessie's room for a long time. Freaky Friday soundtrack dance party in 810.
Ted and Nan kept saying super funny shit. The best was when Kate and I came upon Nan lying in the front yard of 810 with her pants almost fully off her behind. Kate asked her what was going on and Nan jumped up and yelled, "Don't you know anything about 9/11?" What the hell? Eventually drunken Nan made us undercooked pasta and chicken nuggets in the kitchen and Christina and I left to hang out with people in TKE.
That was kinda awkward, because I didn't know anyone there and just sat in the corner and only spoke when spoken to. People kept coming and going. At the back of one group of people who came in was Ken, and I practically pounced on him. We sat and talked off to the side for a couple of hours and then went upstairs to watch Lucky Number Slevin, which was most excellent, in his room and eat cookies. The movie ended at 5:45am, which was really startling. I need to not stay up so late ever again. At least not 2 nights in a row.

I have to go watch this two and a half hour Japanese movie for film class in the library with Kate and Ben. It really sucks.
Dark City is amazing.

I got the most adorable package ever from Andrew in the mail yesterday.
Efforts to become Jim Gannon's best friend are moving forward (Kate and I are making him a mix cd), but I'm afraid I'm going to weird him out.
I should probably go to the library now. Gross.
