The Patrick Wolf concert was amazing. I don't think I've felt as irrationally elated as I did after that show. He played most of Magic Position, but also Pater Pan, The Libertine, Tristan, Pigeon Song, Shadow Sea, Jacobs Ladder, and Bloodbeat (as the second encore). Sadly, I did not take this opportunity to procreate with him, so no children for me. I did get a little package of Magic Position promo pins from some lady on the street. Also, the train in Chicago is the most inefficient one I've encountered in my life thus far. It was terrible.

Other than that, things have been calm. Gave up my radio show. Lent Metalocalypse to Matt Tedesco. Did mine and Mitchell's laundry last night while we were watching his newly arrived Elton John 60th birthday DVDs. Elton for 4 hours is a beautiful but dangerous thing. Today Ward brought us frosties with umbrellas in them and got Mike a voice changer thing and me a spirally gum ball machine that moonlights as a nickel bank.

Fall break starts this weekend and all my men are leaving me. D: I also miss my momma. So, I kinda wish I was going home, but here won't be too bad. Plus I get to catch up on stuff! Fun....right?

Anyway, the rest of break was good. A Day At the Races and Clone High got us all out of the funk we were in. Then Xena. At some point watched Citizen Kane...and I fell asleep. Saw 300 on Saturday and it was really amazing. Visually incredible. I don't think I knew Daisy was in it and I had a mini freak out. Lay around, read comics, watched stuff. Watched Platoon and was depressed. Finished Firefly for the umpteenth time. Then break was over. We took a few more pictures. Sad.

The Magic Position is wonderful. Thank you Patrick Wolf.

Today was great. It was beautiful outside, where I spent much of the day with Kate. It was in the mid 60s. Sarah Brown called and was all happy. Dinner was decent and then Jessie, Kate, and I had a homework party. I talked to Maya a lot. Then we went on a walk with Jameson, Sarah, Christina, Ted, and Robert to the river and the pirate park. It was still super nice out even at night. Then more homeworking and talking to Maya. I can't believe the weather's going to go back downhill.

I should go to bed. I start my new computer class tomorrow. I hope it will suck less than the last one...I should go figure out where and when it is. Hopefully things are going to keep going so well.

Finally, my radio show is on Thursday at 2pm. I am also doing Kate's show at 4. Listen, yo.
