"Oh my gosh, that's wild!" "...BOYS!"
Sep. 25th, 2006 08:58 pmI just got carrot juice on my computer screen. Ick.
I'm so boring at Beloit. I'm also constantly paranoid that I annoy people and that they don't like me. I really hate that and wish I could stop feeling that way. I think I miss home people a lot more this time than I did last year (which was already a lot). I kinda wish I was going home for October break, but this way I can save money and go see my family for Thanksgiving. And a month after that is Winter break. Score.
The weekend was good. Friday, I hung out with a bunch of the first-years from our floor and we ended up with a ton of other people smoking hookah in Sophie and Angie's room and talking until 2am. Saturday, we watched Breakfast at Tiffany's and went to Sarah's room to drink. Then we moved to Abby's room so we could watch "Wild Boys" and "Freaks and Geeks". I flushed a toilet in French House and it overflowed. I left to find Ted, Christina, & co. at TKE's boot camp party. We spent an hour and a half on the side porch, going in once to dance to "One More Time". After the party ended, we sat on all the piled up furniture with Ken and ate cheese out of the big refrigerator and then went upstairs to someone's room to watch Wedding Crashers, play circle of death with beer, and smoke a cheap cigar. At 3:30am we went outside. There were six people at the wall playing random instruments and dancing crazy. Needless to say, we all went to bed. (There are some pictures in this album, if anyone who doesn't have facebook cares.)
Kate and I talked to this guy from the town who told us about this gay guy who "was all touching up on" him, so he beat him up and got kicked off campus and didn't know why. Kate made sure it wasn't anyone we knew. He then asked for our phone numbers. Uh-huh.
My quote about Beloit in CosmoGirl is silly and mentions RHPS and the bearded wedding from last year. Excellent.
I want to be Jim Gannon's best friend. I imagine he's kinda what Andrew will be like in 15 years.
2046 is a really weird/trippy/awesome movie. Watch it.
