Last weekend.
X3. It was decent but not as good as I had hoped. Sarah spent the night. Friday we went...some place, wait, no, we slept forever and then stayed in and watched tv, got costuming supplies, dressed up as spacewhore and spacecutie and went to Christi's house. Drunkenness ensued. Fun was had. Everyone came upstairs for unknown reasons to the room where Sarah was in bed, it looked as if we were surrounding her on her death bed, like those old paintings of Lincoln. Saturday involved eating, rude comments during The Secret Garden, a nice mock trial-esque party, and Sarah spending yet another night and us watching tv all day Saturday and then getting chinese food and watching Serenity, which we felt was v. appropriate.
Week's been rather dull.
Today I got contacts to do a trial run with. I'm really nervous about taking them in and out and don't know if they're worth the trouble. Also, if I don't get contacts then I can get some uber awesome Gucci frames. Decisions, decisions. Going to work was weird, cause we got there around 1:30 and there were lots of people around, but it didn't seem like anyone was really working. I shredded documents all day. I felt like I was working at Enron. I got to fix dinner (spinach, onion, and pesto on penne), my mom and I watched some tv, and I wore my uber comfy jumpsuit. A nice lady from Cosmogirl called me to talk to me more about Beloit, and they're actually going to use some of the stuff I said in the article which is good because I think I said some useful stuff that made our school sound like more than just a place to party. Then I got to try and take out my contacts (which I managed to do) and then talked to Andrew, who was being very silly and adorable, for a while which was real nice.
Now I'm going to go to bed, I do believe.
And that's all about my v. uninteresting life!
